Good business hotel steps away from Chitose train station and offering a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is a 15 minute drive away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Booked a single room, it was a good size with room for luggage. There is an izakaya attached to the hotel, the food is great.

Big room for Japan standard. There is a public bath at top floor, coin laundry, coffee at lounge in the morning and daily housekeeping. It is 5 min walk from Chitose Station and free shuttle bus in the morning to go to airport (need reservation).

Centrally located and accessible from train and bus from airport within 15 min. Has convenient buffet restaurant for breakfast. Room was spacious. On site onsen. Near lots of restaurants including good ramen shop across the street.

the free airport shuttle (earliest 6:15am) is a great plus point! frontdesk staff -Mori response quickly and was very helpful to enquires posted at booking.com.

Good location, near Train station and airport. Hotel provide a free bus transfer to airport. Many restaurants, 7-11 , Lawsons and AEON nearby too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy rooms with big windows are what I really love. Good location and warm welcome from receptions. Worth to come back again.

Good location about 2000yen by taxi cost. Room smell cigarette ( I have to open windows to get fresh air). Have free shuttle bus but time need booking.

It was totally non smoking. It met all our needs, for a quick overnight. The van to the airport was clean and promptly on time.

The onsen was great! The atrium at the top floor was especially cool to walk through since it was freezing outside. The staff was patient and helpful.
