Booked a single room, it was a good size with room for luggage. There is an izakaya attached to the hotel, the food is great.

Big room for Japan standard. There is a public bath at top floor, coin laundry, coffee at lounge in the morning and daily housekeeping. It is 5 min walk from Chitose Station and free shuttle bus in the morning to go to airport (need reservation).

Centrally located and accessible from train and bus from airport within 15 min. Has convenient buffet restaurant for breakfast. Room was spacious. On site onsen. Near lots of restaurants including good ramen shop across the street.
